The torikawa that continues to be loved in Hakata is different from what is served at a typical yakitori restaurant.By wrapping the torikawa around a skewer and baking it many times, it tastes "crispy on the outside" and "chewy and juicy" on the inside.If you eat one, another one... It's so delicious that you can't stop eating.Please enjoy the real kawayaki, which uses only the skin of the chicken, bakes it once a day, carefully repeats the laying process, and slowly finishes it over a period of 6 days.
